Marine Cargo

Reason Global offers marine insurance for goods traveling my sea and/or air Freight and/or road and/or rail and/or conveyances, including transhipment if and when occurring. The cover applies to household goods, personal effects, office furniture & equipment, antiques, fine art, Automobiles, boats, motorcycles, campers and trailers and other similar articles.

The cover provided may be summarised as follows:

• If the goods have been professionally packed the cover will be “All Risks” of physical loss or damage.
• If the Goods have been packed by the owner cover will be restricted to “Total Loss” only.
• The Goods will also be covered whilst in temporary storage for up to 30 days within the UK and for up to 60 days at the country of destination.
• The policy automatically includes cover in respect of War and/or Strike and Riot & Civil Commotion.
• General Average & Salvage also included.
