Reason Global were delighted to help announce Attic Self-Storage as the winner of the Charity Initiative of the Year Award at the 2017 FEDESSA conference in Berlin.
Earlier in 2017 we were pleased to announce that key trade organisations had supported us in doing something a little different with our sponsorship efforts this year. The Federation of European Self-Storage Associations (FEDESSA), and in particular it’s CEO Rennie Schafer, have been hugely supportive in our efforts and worked with us to sponsor the Charity Initiative of the Year Award.
The conference was a huge success with a record number of attendees taking part from across the industry. At the Gala Dinner, Attic Self-Storage were announced the proud winner for their project supporting Artbox, a charity local to their Kings Cross facility in London. Reason Global were delighted to be there to present them with their award and a cheque for £3000 towards Artbox’s latest drive to raise funds for furniture and equipment in their new studio. In addition, Reason Global were happy to match this donation to chosen charity of Macmillan Cancer Support.
David Brown, presenting the award to Attic Self-Storage on the night, were delighted to have been able to provide help. “We talked at length about how we could do something a little different this year with our sponsorship that would help a worthy cause, much as we have tried to do with Macmillan. We look forward to visiting and understanding more of what Artbox continue to do for their local community”.
