The Met Office has issued Amber and Yellow Weather Warnings for most parts of the UK for very strong and disruptive winds from the evening of Wednesday 16 February until the evening of Friday 18 February.
Storm Dudley, has been forecast to bring winds gusting up to 90mph to parts of Scotland, England and Northern Ireland from 18:00 on Wednesday to 09:00 on Thursday.
A second storm, Storm Eunice is expected to bring strong winds across southern Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland on Friday from 00:00 until 21:00.
