The Met Office has issued a yellow thunderstorm warning across the country between now and Thursday 13th August.
The thunderstorms will be widespread and will bring heavy rain and gusty winds, frequent lightning strikes and hail. The storms could lead to an increased risk of isolated flash flooding in some areas with possible disruption to travel and damage to properties.
