We’re thrilled to introduce Ushuaia Escobar, an account broker who finds working with clients the most rewarding part of her job – especially when the team comes together to resolve tricky queries and achieve positive outcomes for our clients.
Born in London but with Ecuadorian roots, Ushuaia lived in Ecuador twice during her childhood. Her love for travel recently took her on a four-and-a-half-month adventure around Southeast Asia and Australia before she joined the Reason Global team.
In her team interview, Ushuaia shares a valuable lesson she learned on her first day in insurance at 18, which has guided her throughout her career: always ask questions.She also talks about her passion for history and her favourite dining spots in Brighton.
