Britannia Movers International celebrated its 40th anniversary in September. Determined not to let it pass without a big celebration, they hosted their very own festival, and we were there!
‘Britfest’ provided an excellent opportunity for staff and colleagues to let their hair down and enjoy being together again after cancelling the 2020 and 2021 Britannia Annual Conferences due to Covid restrictions.
Reason Global was delighted to sponsor the Main Stage for a superb live music line-up, including singer/songwriter Melissa Rainbird, the Sound of Sunshine steel band, Matt Bankhurst, Sixties Retro, party band Fully Funktional, and the fantastic tribute group Mainly Madness.
Other entertainment at the outdoor event included an open-air cinema and a silent disco, beer tasting, giant Jenga, archery, laser clay shooting and welly wanging!
Over 130 staff members from across the UK attended the festival at the East of England Showground in Peterborough for fabulous few days.
“It was a fantastic way for so many to get together after such a long time apart and a brilliantly organised event by Charlotte Parslow and the team at Britannia Movers International,” said Reason Global Account Executive Sarah Young. “There were some incredible artists, acts and entertainment throughout. I’m not sure I will be winning any inflatable assault course awards anytime soon but it was lovely to reconnect with everyone again!”
